All prices are listed in CDN dollars and inclusive of all taxes. All prices are final. 


Order Processing 

While all orders are shipped as promptly as possible, please allow up to three business days for processing.



We offer 3 different fulfilment methods for your convenience. 

1. Local Pick Up: Local pick is available from Oakville, ON. After placing your order you will be contacted by a Playmate Crate representative within 3 business days to arrange a pick up day and time.

2. Local Delivery: Local delivery is available to those that live within 20 km of postal code L6L 2B5. Local deliveries are made every Monday and Thursday.

3. Shipping: Canada Post is our carrier of choice and used to fulfill all shipping orders. We offer Canada Post Expedited Parcel service which takes takes 2-8 business days.  A tracking number will be provided once the item has been shipped. Due to COVID-19 you may experience some shipping delays. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

At this point in time we only ship within Canada.


Damaged or Missing Product

If you receive a damaged product in your box, or if you are missing an item, please email us at so we can make things right!



We hope you enjoy your Playmate Crate. Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns. However, please let us know if you are unhappy with an item in your crate as your feedback is important to us.  Please notify us via email at, the Contact Us form or complete our satisfaction survey here.

Playmate Crate reserves the right, without notice or obligation, to cancel an order or to discontinue or modify the characteristics and prices of the products and services offered on this website.
